A getaway that will always be remembered is the one in Las Vegas, what is sometimes called "Sin City" due to its gambling palaces, though I like to remember it as a "sensational" city, Las Vegas, Nevada.
From Los Angeles to this gambler’s city, It was a 4 hour drive in the summer. The weather was awfully hot but such excitement filled the air. When my buddies and I arrived at our casino, we’re amazed by the charm showed to us by the valet attendant as he welcomed us to the gambling and entertainment universe, this was the beginning of what turned out being the most awesome time.
We gambled on casino card games like poker, twenty-one and other table games like video poker and roulette, we horsed around and ate amazing foods, prepared by a few of the greatest chefs around the world, all right on the strip of the gambling city.
I decided to take my chances on a epic dollar slot machine game and decided to bet twenty-five dollars of the two hundred dollars I had bankrolled for the whole junket. After putting in 17.00 dollars into this enormous slot machine I hit 300.00 dollars and I bounced up and down and laughed so much, a casino employee came over and gave my friends and me free tickets to a show with coupons for two free beverages. We were in a world of astonishment, admiration and realized that it was going to be a wagering and adventure excursion not to be forgotten.
